A Red Hat holiday cooking show

How do you have a holiday party during COVID? A virtual cook-off.

I was approached by members of the HR team to help write a theme song for this year’s holiday party. After brainstorming, we decided a video of Red Hatters performing the song would fit perfectly…

So, a co-producer and I: wrote the song, recorded it, organized associates to sing / record themselves, edit the video, brand the imagery, then share it with Red Hatters.

Project Outcome

Wonderful success

The HR staff, leadership, and associates loved the video. During the video, the chat was blowing up with comments like “This is incredible! I’m grateful to be at Red Hat” or “is this work?!”

(And a catchy melody…)

For a few days after, I’d get chats from folks with the melody still stuck in their head! Great to be part of this project.
